PROBIZ set to offer LEGAL advice!
PROBIZ is in discussions to launch a comprehensive legal service for clients consisting of hundreds of lawyers and barristers including some of the leading professionals in the UK. This service will be geographically spread across the UK and shall be used by PROBIZ accountants and their clients. PROBIZ branded companies will also use the service as and when required.
The service will use specialists and experts in certain areas to maximise success.
What is PROBIZ LEGAL?
PROBIZ LEGAL will be a full legal service available to all PROBIZ accountants and its clients.
This service will include advice on the following but not limited to:
1. Commercial issues. This will include all aspects from drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, advising on data protection, intellectual property or other regulatory issues of your proposed commercial arrangements. In addition advice can be obtained on corporate transactional work to include share disposal, merger and acquisitions.
2. Comprehensive legal, commercial and hands on practical advice across all industry sectors to businesses that are experiencing financial or operational difficulties requiring business turnaround assistance.
3. Bespoke advice on all aspects of dispute resolution to both corporate and commercial clients. This will include advice on bringing or defending court proceedings on a full range of disputes from contractual issues to intellectual property issues.The service is intended to be comprehensive and cover a range of different areas to assist company directors and their operations. For example, Companies and their directors can now gain advice given on misuse of intellectual property, misappropriation of business by fellow company directors, defamatory statements, insolvency and many more issues.
PROBIZ LEGAL intend to provide quarterly seminars to PROBIZ accountants and clients on all new developments. Such seminars will be attended by industry experts and presented to PROBIZ members at venues in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. Such guest speakers will add gravitas and value to the members.
